What cloud platforms do you use
We exclusively use QuickBooks Online at the moment. If your business is currently on a different accounting platform, we can help transition and transfer your records to QuickBooks Online to ensure a smooth setup.
How is billing handled for ongoing services?
Billing for ongoing services begins once the contract is agreed upon and signed. Payments are due on the 1st day of each month for that month’s services.
How do we get started if our books are behind?
First, we schedule a discovery call to understand the scope of cleanup required. Then we design a catch-up plan that prioritizes critical periods and aligns with regulatory deadlines, keeping you informed at every milestone.
Will you help me prepare my taxes?
We ensure your financial records are accurate and tax-ready. While we don’t file taxes unless agreed otherwise, we work seamlessly with your accountant or tax preparer to make tax season stress-free.
Do you offer advisory or insights, or just data entry?
While our core service is bookkeeping, we also provide high-level insights to help you understand your numbers, spot trends, and make informed business decisions.
